The Chinese team includes development group, design group, electrical group and internal work group, a total of 25 people, including more than 10 years of practitioners 5 people, more than 5 years of practitioners 15 people. Mainly responsible for product design and service in all regions except the European market, which can meet design and production of 600 sets of robot servo weld gun per month. The company has a perfect product database and weld gun selection library, even if customer configuration needs are different, but also can respond quickly.
24-hour technical online service, can also be required within 24 hours of the arrival of professional technical support. The UK team consists of 8 people, mainly responsible for product design and service for European market. China and the UK have regular technical exchanges to share development results, summarize project experience and improve each other's design capabilities.
