The company has 2 processing workshops and 1 assembly workshop, with complete processing and manufacturing capabilities, more than 140 sets of various processing equipment, including 30 vertical machining centers, 4 horizontal machining centers, 8 linear cutting machines, and 21 lathe and milling machines. The machine parts of welding gun are all processed independently, without external cooperation.

Assembly operator  has deep skills and delicate work, and can complete assembly and debugging of 700 sets of robot welding gun per month.

The production management staff has more than 10 years of welding gun processing and manufacturing experience, and is skilled and professional in the control of processing flow and technological arrangement.
